Hi, I’m Lorna
For nearly 20 years, I've worked in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning and Leadership, helping organisations navigate growth, transformation and uncertainty.
My career has taken me from agency recruitment and executive search to leading national outsourcing programmes and building talent and workforce strategies from the ground up. Along the way, I've built award winning teams, led organisational change and solved complex people challenges.
Throughout that journey, I've learned that success isn't about having all the answers. It's about asking better questions, staying curious and adapting when it matters most.
I created Alara because businesses need trusted partners who can bring clarity, build momentum and leave lasting capability behind.
